Revlon Beyond Natural Cream Lip Gloss

Last night on our late night trip to Wal-Mart, I skipped over to the cosmetics section in hunt of a summery lip color. I have really been digging the peach, mango, pink, and corals, lately so I wanted to find a great drug store brand lippie.

I didn't have much luck in the lipstick department, since most of the colors were a little darker than what I was looking for...but I found this gorgeous collection of natural toned cream lip glosses from Revlon. The price range for these was around $6-$7. I heard about these from Troy Jensen when he mentioned them on his blog. He also has a Blogger blog!

The colors are quite similar to one another, mostly all warm neutrals. Although the "Peach" shade appealed to me, the "Nude" seemed as if it were more of a lighter toned peach color, so I opted for the Nude shade. The tube comes with a doe foot applicator.

The gloss itself comes out very creamy and pigmented, with a tiny hint of shimmer, and has a lovely butterscotch scent to it!

  7. I got these in Nude and Peach! I love them. They are a bit sticky, and like you said, the applicator is quite annoying, but I love the color! It makes your lippie that perfect peachy mangoish color! Just like you said hun!
