Healthy Pregnancy : Before and After

This post is about staying healthy before and after conception. Along with being ready mentally, make sure your body is ready for the many changes that come along with pregnancy!

Also, read up on safe fish to eat and which fish to stay away from! Fish is a magical food to eat, pregnant or not, but stay away from fish that are high in mercury during pregnancy! Don't like fish? Find out alternative ways to consume DHA and Omega-3 from food!
